A TMAP training course according to the latest trends in the DevOps world.
DevOps is something that concerns many in the software quality market. But what is it? Is it the next step of CI/CD: ‘automate everything’? Or is it about team composition, pairing and mobbing? Is it comparable to Scrum, each organization has its own interpretation? Isn’t DevOps just Scrum 2.0?
If you can say “yes” to all questions, you can implement DevOps properly. DevOps is about Culture, Automation, Lean agile processes, Measuring, evaluating and improving and Sharing knowledge; in other words: CALMS.
The role of tester is developing into a new role: Quality engineering. This calls for a team that continuously improves quality of the Product, Processes and People. Quality engineering is about Business Analysis, Development and TDD, CI/CD, BDD and Business Value testing.
The question “What does the customer need?” must be asked and answered in all stages of development.
