Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years. Unless they have permission from parents or guardians. Our newsletters are mainly focused on knowledge sharing and information related to our services and events that we organize. Your first name, last name and e-mail address are collected via the appropriate form on the Polteq website.
Your e-mail address and first and last name are stored in MailChimp that processes personal data for us. Of course, good agreements have been made with MailChimp to guarantee your privacy.

Make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and citizen service number (BSN) black in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We may require you to identify yourself at the office in connection with the nature of the request.
When you submit a question and/or request to us, we ensure that your request is processed within 4 weeks. If we are unable to handle it within this period, we will notify you accordingly.
