How does TI4Automation work?

To understand the appropriate solution, an assessment is conducted. TI4Automation has a dozen focus areas (“Key areas”), each with a number of control questions to determine the current and desired maturity level for each area.

After the assessment, the completed maturity matrix provides a unified picture of the current and desired maturity level of test automation. This lays the foundation for successful incremental improvement in automating testing.
