Thinking is not something you do alone

Sara Raap & Melody Engelberts

We all think differently, but you don’t think alone. By knowing what works for ourselves and others, we can do our jobs better. We share our experiences and provide insight into patterns and preferences so that you learn to recognize them in yourself and those around you. This will help you make the most of your strengths and gain insight into who can strengthen your weaknesses. During this session we look together at how another person thinks and how this fits with your own thinking. In our collaboration, we discovered that we have very different thinking styles. By knowing where our strengths lie and what we are less good at, we can complement each other. We want to share our knowledge of thinking styles so that our Polteq colleagues can recognize and apply them in their own work.
