I will take participants on a journey through the evolution of software test automation tools. We look at how these tools developed in the past and got better and better. In addition, we explore different test automation principles: how did they originate, which ones exist, and how can they help us improve our test automation? We will discover that automation principles support us much better in successful automation projects than the use of new automation tools. Should we move quickly to new automation tools?
