Polteq has its own AI Policy and an AI Governance Team, partly established with the EU AI Act in mind.
Polteq iQ
Our proprietary testing framework for AI and machine learning systems, fully named Polteq iQ (increment Quotient), was developed by our own AI team. Through a direct integration, it compares different versions of an AI system and shows exactly what the impact of a change is in a dashboard—before that change goes live.
A customer has already completed a pilot using the framework. Polteq has been testing AI systems since 2019.
Quality of AI, quality with AI

Quality of AI means testing and evaluating AI-driven features themselves. What happens when the underlying language model changes? Do answers remain accurate? Does the structure and intent of responses remain consistent when prompts change? Does the system remain as reliable after an update as it was before?
