Polteq designed, based on its own experiences, a training program for coordinating activities which are crucial in every testing context, from sequential models to incremental ones. This two day course covers different aspects. On one hand, we look into all functional aspects, for instance work coordination or planning and
agreement with team members. On the other hand, we focus on the social features: communicating and establishing relationships with other parties, supporting people in their part of the project, sprint or iteration.
During this two day training the participants gain knowledge about tips and tricks when coordinating test professionals. The course is very interactive and contains many exercises and various practical ideas.
