Test Process Improvement
Polteq has extensive experience in test improvement processes and is happy to support you with improving your process. Improving your test process will result in better and earlier insight into the quality of the system under test and a better controllable test process, that requires less resources and contributes to a reduced time-to-market.
Test process assessment
Test Process Improvement usually starts with a Test Process Assessment that gives a relatively quick insight in the maturity of the test process. By analyzing documentation and interviewing a number of key people the strengths and weaknesses of the current test process can be determined. Together with the goals of the assessment this forms the basis for the definition of detailed short and long term improvement activities.
Improvement process
As important as the Test Process Assessment is the improvement process that follows, to implement the suggested improvement activities. Then the actual improvements are made effective and, apart from testing aspects, management of change aspects play a major role.
Polteq test consultants can perform a Test Process Assessment, tuned to the size and requirements of your test project or test organisation. As a process architect Polteq can provide management support as well as detailed test support to the improvement project, in order to establish the improvements within the organisation.
